Pilates Total Body Tune Up at

Pilates Mat, and mixed apparatus circuit class. Fun, dynamic and vibrant movement meant for anyone wanting a solid strength routine without the rigor of ‘bootcamp’ style workouts. Selected classes are especially for seniors, those recovering from injury, and those just starting out your movement regime. You will strengthen, align, release, and bring balance from head to toe. Each class includes a warm up and/or cool down with Roll Model® Therapy Balls and/or foam rollers.
Class size is limited to only 8 attendees;
Mondays 4-5:00pm & Fridays 8:30a – SENIORS JUST GETTING STARTED
Tuesdays 8:30a-9:30a & Thursdays 5:30pm- EXPERIENCED MOVERS!
Please note: The class calendar is generally updated 30-60 days in advance. If you do not see a class on the date that you would like to attend, there is no class on that day.
Weekly Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa at

Tuesdays 10:45am – 12:15pm – Gentle Yoga great or seniors and those wanting a restful yet strengthening practice
Hatha Yoga – level 1/2
Alternating Saturdays 9am-10:30 – Beginners welcome!
Sundays 9-10:30am – Some yoga experience good
Fit Flow Vinyasa – level 2
$5 Fridays – 6pm-7:30 – Be prepared to move, play, sweat, and leave feeling invigorated and happy!
